A dramatic drop in active listings

Wow! From 12/1/2010 through 1/1/2011, 240 homes expired or were cancelled/withdrawn from the market in the greater Missoula area. This is by far the largest drop in inventory we’ve seen over this time period in many years.

Existing home sales rise 5.6% November

Montana Foreclosure Activity Up in Third Quarter

  In the 3rd quarter of this year, Missoula County foreclosure totals were up 101% from the second quarter and up 444% from the 3rd quarter of 2009.
